The smart savings tool built to automatically split payments between spending and a high-interest savings accounts based on personal preference. Financial resilience built into the way your people get paid.

The value of STASH

77% of employees say money worries impact them at work.

Financial stress doesn’t stay at home. It shows up in shifts, in service, and in your retention numbers. In hospitality, where tipped income can shift week to week, the weight is often heavier. STASH turns that same income into a growing safety net, automatically.

Financial resilience

The first savings product built into payroll and tronc.

STASH is the only savings tool that lets your team save directly from their tips. Paired with Grateful’s tronc scheme, it turns tipped income into long-term financial resilience. Something the industry has never had before.

It just works

94% of employees expect their employer to support their financial wellbeing

Support has moved from nice-to-have to table stakes. STASH gives operators a meaningful answer: a real savings product, built into the way your people already get paid. No platform to roll out. No app for your team to promote. It just works.

Stronger teams

4.2 million working days are lost each year to poor financial wellbeing.

7 in 10 employers already believe performance drops when staff are under financial pressure. STASH helps operators get ahead of it by making saving the default, not the exception. Better focus, fewer absences, stronger teams.
