Delete your Grateful Account

You can request deletion of your Grateful account at any time by emailing support@grateful.net using the subject line: Account deletion request.  In your email, please include the email address used to sign in to Grateful.  We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.

What happens when your account is deleted
When your account deletion request is processed:
– Your Grateful account login credentials will be deleted
– Push notification tokens associated with your account will be removed
– Personal data linked to your user profile will be deleted or anonymised

Data Retention
Certain records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, or security purposes (for example, payroll or financial records).  Any retained data is restricted and not used for marketing.

Timeframe
We aim to process account deletion requests within 14 days of receiving a complete request.
